Hi, I’m Bek! I will be your coach for Business School.

I know first-hand that business success is not achieved alone so I designed this course to empower and support ambitious entrepreneurs and solopreneurs like you.

Combining business education with the psychology of behavioural change, Business School focuses on boosting your mindset, skillset and knowledge.

Whether you’re taking your first entrepreneurial leap, or want to up-level your current offering, I’ll walk step-by-step alongside you for 12 months as you build and launch your business into the world.

STEP 01.

We prepare your mindset and habbits

SESSION: 4 x Coaching Sessions

FORMAT: Online

DURATION: 90 mins

FREQUENCY: Fortnightly

 

Science tells us that mentally preparing yourself before you embark on the process of building your business can lead to fewer stumbles and longer lasting success.

Before you even enter the classroom, we will meet to ensure you are psychologically prepared to make the leap into the classroom.

We will meet to discuss your business idea, the personal motivations behind your entrepreneurial pursuit and the vision you hold of your business positively impacting yourself and your customers.

Together we will also map the habbits and structures that will support you, identify potential barriers to your success and design strategies to address them.

You’ll start school feeling confident and clear of the road ahead.

STEP 02.

We build your business

SESSION: 10 x Business Building Workshops

FORMAT: Online

DURATION: 90 mins each

FREQUENCY: Fortnightly

 

This is where school starts. We meet online every two weeks for ten 1:1 business building workshop. Yep that’s right, just you and I.

You’ll complete assignments before each class, ensuring you feel ready for action as soon as the class bell rings.

Immediately after each class, you’ll receive the work we created together so you can watch your business being built, by you, and as we go along.

    We explore your business idea through the eyes of your audience. We get to understand their unique challenges, and how your business offering will solve it.

    Understand the market you operate in and your competition, so you can uniquely position your business to stand out and sell out.

    Packaging & Pitching

    Differentiating, packaging and naming your services allows your audiences to understand the experience and transformation they can expect. Pricing your services fairly and profitably.

    Don’t work alone. Unpack the roles and responsibilities required in your business so you can design the business and personal support you will need.

    Business Operations

    Mapping your workflow will help you design the systems, processes and platforms you will need to ensure clear and efficient business operations.

    License to Launch

    Let’s get busy checking the boxes to ensure you’re compliant, legal and protected. We will cover the research into insurance and trademarking that you need to undertake to limit your risk and liability.

    Go To Market

    Getting in front of your audiences is more than setting up a social media account. Together we design a plan of low cost marketing and branding strategies to build trust and genuine connection with your audience.

    Profit Projections
    (Part 1)

    Using templates and tools, we start to anticipate your profits. From book-keeping to website hosting, we will capture and calculate your upfront and ongoing expenses.

  • Workshop 09

    Profit Projections
    (Part 2)

    We uncover your growth plan, determining if your revenue will grow steadily or rapidly. Plotting your projections over the next two years, we protect your bank balance and future proof your business.

  • Workshop 10

    Bringing It All Together

    Capturing your work in your final Business Plan. We present this in a way that will support and work for you.

STEP 03.

You launch your business

SESSION: Pre-Launch Workshop

FORMAT: Online

DURATION: 3 hours

 

Together we take a minute to celebrate all you’ve achieved over the last six months. The vision you built, the systems you designed and the mindset you’ve cultivated.

And then we plot your next steps. What will the next 90 days look like for you? How will you launch your work into the world? How will you celebrate your success?

STEP 04.

Coaching for success

SESSION: 3 x Coaching Sessions

FORMAT: Online

DURATION: 90 mins

FREQUENCY: Monthly

 

Supporting you through the first 90 days of your business, here we coach you through any of the trials and tribulations you may uncover.

Our monthly sessions provide you with a chance to stop and reflect during the busy post-launch period, slowing you down so you may speed up to achieve your goals outside of our sessions.

(BIG) QUESTIONS

+ What happens once I click enrol?

Once you click enrol, you’ll receive a confirmation email that allows you to schedule a complimentary 30 minute online Discovery Call where we can meet and get to know one another.

We will uncover your business idea, check you're ready for Business School and I’ll address any questions you may have about the program.

Afterwards, you’ll receive an email inviting you to confirm your enrollment and a link to pay upfront or via installments. Once your payment is received, I'll sign a confidentiality agreement and you'll receive an email inviting you to schedule our first session.

+ How long is the program?

Twelve months. The first three parts involved meeting fortnightly, and the final part involves montly sessions.

+ Where does (Business) School take place?

All of your (Business) School sessions are held online.

In your Welcome Session we will lock in a class times for the next six months. You'll receive a session confirmation for each of these times that includes a calendar invite that you can save to your online calendar - with a link to your online classroom in the location field.

+ Who will I be working with?

Only me, Rebekah Malherbe. I’m the Founder of Silent Partner, an ICF accredited business coach entering my third decade of self-employment. I've also built and sold multiple businesses.
