Welcome to your Business School - an online course supporting purpose-driven solopreneurs with six months of 1:1 business coaching and classes to start-up or scale-up for success.

Whether you’re taking your first entrepreneurial leap, or looking to up-level your current business, we will work together through the essential steps to build, grow and launch a successful service-based business in Australia today.

Combining business education with the psychology of success, this course is designed to build your business knowledge and systems, and to boost your mindset so you can operate with the level of clarity and confidence you need for ongoing success.

PART 01.

Prepare for success

 

Psychology tells us that preparing yourself mentally for a successful career as a solopreneur before you start to act can lead to fewer chance of stumbles and longer lasting success.

In this first part of your school we will map your key milestones, explore your current mindset, capture where you might get stuck and the type of support you need to ensure you stay on track. You’ll be guided through a series of evidence-based techniques to ensure you’re feeling confident and ready for the success you are working towards.

Duration: 2 hours

PART 02.

Build your business

 

This is where school starts. We meet online for a three hour workshop each fortnight.

You’ll receive an assignment to do before you come to each class, ensuring you feel ready for action as soon as the bell for class rings. Immediately after class, you’ll receive the work we created together so you can watch your business being built by you as you go.

Format: 10 x Online Classes

Here we take a moment to celebrate all you’ve achieved over the last six months. And then we plot your next steps.

+ Where does (Business) School take place?

All (Business) School sessions are held online. In your initial session we will lock in your class times for the next six months. You'll receive a session confirmation for each of these times that includes a calendar invite that you can save to your online calendar - with a link to your online classroom in the location field.

+ What happens once I sign up?

Once you sign up, you’ll receive an email to book in your first 30 minute Discovery Call where we can meet and I’ll answer any questions you may still have about the program. After the call, you’ll receive your personalised workbook of preliminary tasks for you to complete prior to each of your four coaching sessions. At the end of your program, you’ll receive your personalised (Game) Plan.

+ How long is the program?

Six months. We meet each fortnight for a 3 hour class.

+ What will I walk away with?

A business plan. A non-boring document you can actually use in your day-to-day business life. Your plan will include your business value proposition, services list with pricing, a marketing plan, financial plan (for years 1 and 2) and a personal support kit.
